Green Quarter Block 4 - 09/08/2006
  Alfred McAlpine have been awarded Block 4 at the Green Quarter development for Crosby Homes. JT Joinery have been awarded one of the joinery package for the 309 apartments and 154 ensuites. The works are due to start in October 2006 and has an onsite contract period of 18 months. The package is worth upto £500K.
