Green Quarter Block 5 - 12/12/2007
  Alfred McAlpine have been awarded Block 5 at the Green Quarter development for Crosby Homes. JT Joinery have been awarded one of the joinery package for the 168 apartments. The works are due to start in December 2007 and has an onsite contract period of 47 weeks. The package is worth upto £900K.
