  We have recently completed the refurbishment of 8 Park Row Leeds. The works involved included the the refurbishment of the male and female toilets to from Ground to the Seventh floor, including stone vanity tops, Walnut IPS panels; Walnut wall and ceiling paneling to the lift lobby areas over Seven floors, Walnut doors and frames to lobby areas and toilet areas, doors and skirting to office areas. New reception desk. The main contractor was Irwins Ltd, and the main Client was RBS Plc. The contract value is £300,000.00.
